CZUB: E-Store on Magento OS
A scalable online store for accessories and spare parts built on Magento Open Source.
Client
Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod (CZUB) is an iconic firearms manufacturer with a global reputation. In addition to firearms, it offers a wide range of spare parts and accessories. To expand its online sales of accessories, CZUB decided to launch a standalone e-store built on the Magento 2 Open Source.

Challenges
- A stable and scalable platform for selling accessories and spare parts.
- Designing a one-year roadmap to support revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Strategic Workshop
The project began with an e-commerce workshop where MageXo, together with the CZUB team:
- Reviewed the e-commerce strategy,
- Defined a high-level backlog and prioritized activities,
- Set the framework for long-term collaboration and success measurement.
The result was a clear roadmap that combined quick business wins with gradual technological steps.
